Business Planning for PBCs – Native Title Operations and Management Training

Native Title Operations and Management Training (NTOMT) is a workshop designed to help PBCs grow and leverage their business, and to understand compliance and corporate governance. This learning module, ‘Business Planning for PBCs’, is delivered by Damian Manassa from RMIT. It’s aimed at helping PBCs understand the fundamentals of business planning – how to develop financial, marketing and operational plans, along with understanding risks, SWOT and competitor analysis.

NTOMT is organised by the National Native Title Council, in partnership with RMIT, the University of Melbourne and AIATSIS. The National Native Title Council is the peak body for the native title sector. Our mission is to maximise the potential of native title to achieve and improve the economic, social & cultural wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
